  1. Where can I see my order status?

    For pre-orders/group buys, please check our Updates page on our website. For in-stock orders, we usually ship within 3-7 business days. Tracking information can be found in your e-mail (if you placed it in your order form). Just search "The Deskmat Foundry" on your email search bar and find your order confirmation and click the tracking code or you can click the "All Mail" tab on Gmail and look for it.

  2. How long does it take to ship a pre-order or group buy desk mat? 

    For In-stock pieces, we usually ship after 1-3 days after confirming your order via GoGoExpress (within the PH) and DHL Express Worldwide for international customers. 

    Pre-orders/Group buy usually takes 1-2 months of production and shipping time from our manufacturer. You can check the Pre-Order updates on our Updates page.

  3. How do I clean my desk mat?

    We recommend using a shoe cleaner like Crep Protect or Clyde and using a soft brush when it starts having marks and dirt. If you don't have those you can use machine wash them on cold/gentle water and brush them with a non-damaging solution or a detergent and air dry it afterward.

  4. My desk mat has minor defects. Can I refund/replace it?

    For desk mats that have minor defects received upon inspection, we offer FREE Replacement provided that buyer pays the shipping fee. We will not get the defective piece as we cannot sell it anymore.

  5. Do you do custom designs?

    No, we don't offer customizations. We design our own desk mats and partner with talented local artists from the Philippines.
